When it comes to Structural Engineering for telecommunications services, SAFE BUILDING ENGINEERING has extensive experience running hundreds of structural analysis and augmentation to towers of all kind (monopole, self-support, guy-wired). We also have extensive experience for analysis and design of stations platforms on roof-tops, antenna mount on water storage tanks, and concealed antenna analysis and design. SAFE BUILDING ENGINEERING has successfully completed numerous tower structural modifications analysis and design, and tower extension design. We have completed successfully foundation analysis and design for hundreds of telecommunication buildings, outdoor equipment installation, and towers. MACRO SITE DESIGN
Macro Site Development and Engineering has been one of the most successful work of SAFE BUILDING ENGINEERING. Gaining valuable experience through design, engineering, and construction management of hundreds Macro Telecommunication Sites, we have complete in-house capability to serve all major wireless carriers. We are proud to complete new and additions on ground tower sites, smart and successful roof-top equipment and antenna platforms, elegant and challenging water storage tank installations. We successfully completed numerous electrical and HVAC system upgrades, managed major building and installation construction sites, and upgraded existing sites with the challenging new technology. We are experienced on every step of site design if it is zoning or construction drawings and other documents, site and road grading design, storm water management design, landscaping or antenna shrouding solutions, and electrical and HVAC calculations and design.
SMALL CELL DESIGN
Wireless data consumption has grown remarkably in the last few years, outpacing the capacity of current telecommunication infrastructure. Smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, the collective devices we use to live chat with friends, stream video and music have created an unprecedented wireless data demand. Small cell technology is being deployed around the country as the leading solution to meet soaring data usage and make coverage more reliable. Small cell technology will also help deploy future technologies like 5G, driverless cars, and other concept technology like the Internet of Things. To improve wireless signal strength in the community, SAFE BUILDING ENGINEERING has worked closely with wireless carriers to design and deploy small cell technology on existing public and private infrastructure. We have successful experience in designing large number of small cell sites on structures such as streetlights, the sides of buildings, or poles.
TEMPORARY SITE DESIGN
A C.O.W. is a common acronym used in the telecommunications industry to stand for “cell on wheels.” The C.O.W is a mobile cell site product that includes a tower and transceiver as well as all other necessary equipment, carefully constructed on a trailer or truck. Unlike standard towers, cell on wheel towers are highly portable and can be used on a short-term basis, since they are not constructed for permanence. However, a high-quality system can be utilized for longer periods of time, if necessary. These mobile towers are usually used to create or boost a cellular network for a brief period, during an emergency, for a big event, or while a full tower is being built. SAFE BUILDING ENGINEERING has over ten years’ experience engineering site plans and documentation, analysis design and construction drawings for antenna and equipment installations, and utility connections. Most important we have an extensive experience in structural analysis and design for these very fragile and complex type of towers.
