ARIAN ZOTO P.E. FOUNDER AND OWNER
Arian Zoto, P.E. is a Registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He holds a Master’s of Engineering Degree in Structural and Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University. He also holds a Bachelor’s of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Licensed Master Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Arian Zoto has more than 40 years of experience in all phases of inspection, design and construction for a diverse list of projects ranging from commercial to residential. His experience includes design/build projects, and cost estimates, project and construction management, and oversight of job site. His experience also includes the structural design of reinforced concrete, steel, and wood buildings, design of commercial and residential facilities, and all phases of inspection. Additionally, he has investigated building settlement and collapse, and wind damage evaluations, concrete failure analysis, concrete and masonry cracking, retaining wall and bulkhead distress, joist and truss failures, moisture intrusion through building envelopes, and roofing system failures.
SAFE BUILDING ENGINEERING has experience with wide range of residential and commercial project types. When it comes to structural engineering in Virginia, there are several factors that structural engineers must be well versed with, such as the strict design rules of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (VUSBC). For nearly all of these projects, a thorough understanding of wood framing, concrete and steel construction is essential.
